I adore fantasy funnily enough and never thought I was capable of writing a contemporary. Shows how wrong I was. *g* Not everything I write may be for you in that case but there will be something else. So glad you enjoyed Snow Angel and Angel Heart.

Nope. They’d just tell you how crazy it can be behind the scenes and they would probably hug you for what you said.

LOL. You can love your job all you want. But it doesn’t mean you won’t get stressed, angry, annoyed etc etc. The fact you love what you do will give you more patience and probably make you more humble. Heh.

People moan at me because I need realism in my story. They’re like But it’s a book it should be fantasy. But the fact I’m a more contemporary reader. That pretty much says it all .

As for your way of reading, mine is so varied and I remember a friend asking me why I can’t just read ‘normal’ books…whatever those are.

Thanks. I am taking a couple of books to read and a notebook. Sorry — writer. Might get an idea and I need to jot it down. See, writers never take time off. LOL.

Most of the articles are for the same market. I write for a West Country community news. Sometimes I come up with articles myself and sometimes they drop a request into my lap, at short notice. Oh wait, that makes them just like any publisher.
