My thanks go to Jeanne for inviting me. She’s a fellow author who writes both het and m/m erotic paranormal romance laced with historical subtext.
Her latest offering for Liquid Silver Books is A Perfect Symmetry, an erotic, Urban Fantasy romance based on Irish myths. Jeanne has been a lover of all things Irish for most of her life and all of her books with LSB – including The Shimmering Flame and A Song of the Sidhe – are inspired by Irish lore and music.
The Sweet Flag, was her first m/m story and its IR/MC, erotic, paranormal themes garnered rave reviews. She’s working on a sequel for it for Loose Id publishers. Her other works with LI — No One Else on Earth and The Crystal Flacon – are both m/f contemporary paranormal works.
She also is proud of her participation in the I Do! Anthology for marriage equality (an anthology I was equally happy to participate in). Jeanne’s goal for her m/m writing are stories set in her cultural heritage, be they historical or paranormal — or both. With MLR Press’s publication of Bend in the Road, an historical novel set in the 1880s, Jeanne is well on the way to fulfilling this goal.
